WEST WARWICK, RI — A Lincoln man was arrested early Sunday morning on drunken driving and disorderly conduct charges following a traffic stop.
Lloyd Card, 32, of Lincoln, was taken into custody at 2:01 a.m. on Legris Avenue, according to Rhode Island State Police.
