ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Getting the band back together was all it took to get Dale Coyne Racing near the front of the IndyCar grid on the streets of St. Petersburg.
In his NTT IndyCar Series debut, Dennis Hauger qualified third, turning a lap of 1:00.5426 around the 14-turn, 1.8-mile street circuit. Teammate Romain Grosjean was sixth, just over three-quarters of a second behind the Norwegian.
