PINSON, Ala. (WIAT) — Cleanup is underway in Pinson, where Mayor Hoyt Sanders says about 15 buildings were damaged, most of them homes.
Five homes on the street were damaged in the storm, and blue tarps are now in place on some of the rooftops. One homeowner said it may be several months before she’ll be able to move back into her home.
