Renters in Wilmington saw apartment listing prices decrease 8% from the median of $1,842 in January 2025, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows.
The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,687 in January. Median listing prices in Wilmington are trending slightly upward from the $1,649 price in December.
The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area.
