SHREVEPORT, La. – Shreveport police responded to a call at East Kings Highway and Justin Avenue on Saturday after a hot air balloon was forced to make an emergency landing.
During the landing, the balloon scraped the roof of a nearby residence and caused damage to power lines.
The Shreveport Fire Department and SWEPCO crews quickly arrived at the scene to assess the damage and begin repairs on the affected power lines…
