HARRISBURG, PA — Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Secretary Laurel Harry signed a notice Monday setting March 24, 2026, as the execution date for Harvey M. Robinson, who was sentenced to death in Lehigh County for three murders committed in the early 1990s.
The Department of Corrections said the notice was issued under state law, which allows the secretary to set an execution date if the governor does not sign a warrant within a specified period.
