COHOES — An 18-year-old faces multiple felony charges after he allegedly shot a parked vehicle about a block away from the Spindle City’s downtown core in late February.
Christopher Kelly, Jr. was arrested on Friday in connection the incident that occurred the previous week around Main and Schuyler streets, following an investigation from Cohoes police.
Kelly hit the parked vehicle’s bumper with a stray bullet during an argument before 9:50 p.m. on Feb. 20, according to Police Chief Todd Waldin. The defendant was near a group of more than two people at the time. Nobody was injured…
