Massillon-based Campell Oil Co., which operates BellStores, has purchased three car wash properties in Stark County, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the county Auditor’s Office.
The company bought the properties at 4141 12th St. NW in Canton Township and at 5504 Fulton Drive NW in Jackson Township for $3 million from D&D Car Wash Systems LLC. It bought a property at 801 Lincoln Way E in Paris Township from Hosterman Development Inc for $1.5 million.
Also, Madisa Fallsway Properties LLC, which lists an Akron address on county records, purchased a 28,780-square-foot manufacturing building at 4105 Strausser St NW in Jackson Township from Fallsway Properties III Ltd. for $1,550,000…
