Woman Found Dead on Honaker Court in South Baltimore

Baltimore police have launched a Southern District homicide investigation after a woman was found shot to death inside a home on Honaker Court in South Baltimore on Thursday evening.

Officers were called to the 900 block of Honaker Court at about 7:43 p.m., where they found an unresponsive adult woman with apparent gunshot wounds inside a residence. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and her remains were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for identification, according to Baltimore Witness.

Police Appeal For Tips

Detectives are processing the scene and tracking down leads as they work to piece together what happened on the quiet Honaker Court block. Investigators are asking anyone who might have seen or heard something to come forward.
