PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C. (WGHP) — After an unseasonably warm Sunday, cold temperatures return to kick off the work week. A strong backdoor cold front will leave us with a gray, cold and wet Monday.
Morning temperatures start in the upper 30s and afternoon highs won’t be much warmer… only reaching the mid 40s. Clouds and showers will hold our temperatures steady most of the day. The chance for rain is 60%.
Shower chances and clouds linger into Monday night with temperatures only falling into the mid to upper 30s by Tuesday morning.
