MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A driver was arrested, and a passenger is on the run after a police chase took place on Wednesday, February 25.
Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit were conducting a narcotics operation near Sandlin Road in Decatur.
