Officer arrested after allegedly claiming overtime while he was instead with girlfriend, who was also his boss

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WFOX) – An officer was arrested after being charged with three felonies for allegedly falsifying more than 200 hours of overtime and collecting more than $14,000 in unearned pay over a three-month span.

Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters announced Christian Madsen’s arrest at a news conference.
