(FOX40.COM) — A 43-year-old man was arrested for kidnapping a girl on Saturday, according to the Stockton Police Department.
SPD said that around 3 p.m., a girl was in the 400 Block of North Pilgrim Street in the Park District when a man drove up next to her, brandished a gun and demanded she get in his car.
