NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man was charged with vandalism after he reportedly defecated on a Nashville sidewalk and blamed it on dogs in the area, according to an arrest affidavit.
On Feb. 27, the Metro Nashville Police Department responded to a disorderly subject near 1500 4th Avenue North. Police received a complaint that a person, later identified as 28-year-old Roderic Gaines, defecated on the sidewalk and then continued to get in and out of the passenger side of a white Jeep.
When officers arrived, they found Gaines on the sidewalk next to the Jeep. Police said the Jeep had no tag and the VIN was covered. Gaines reportedly told them it was his Jeep and provided his information…
