Los Angeles police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects accused of carrying out a series of distraction-style identity thefts targeting elderly residents across Southern California.

Detectives with the LAPD’s Commercial Crimes Division, Metropolitan Financial Section, said the suspects work together to steal ATM cards from older victims and quickly withdraw funds from their accounts…
