NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Multiple streets in North Providence were blocked off as police responded to a home a man barricaded himself inside of Sunday.
Police Chief Alfredo Ruggiero said the man, 33, was in a home by himself on Towanda Drive and had access to firearms. He died by suicide, according to Ruggiero.
