‘Super Bowl of action figures.’ ToyRama in Canton is ‘nostalgia show’

Everywhere you turn, a toy or action figure is sitting on a shelf or hanging from a hook. “Star Wars,” “Captain America,” “Dick Tracy,” “Power Rangers,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “G.I. Joe,” “He-Man” and “Masters of the Universe,” “The X-Files,” “Karate Kid.”

Besides the mainstream merchandise, there’s also a trove of more obscure toys, including from the late ’70s TV show “Welcome Back Kotter.” Other merchandise recalls “The Six Million Dollar Man,” “The California Raisins,” “Coneheads” and “Waterworld.”…
