Police investigating after juvenile shot

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Columbus police are investigating an accidental shooting involving a juvenile that happened Saturday evening on the city’s southwest side.

Officers were called to the 5100 block of W. Broad St., where a shooting had been reported shortly after 7:30 p.m. When they got to the scene, they found a juvenile victim with a gunshot wound.

The victim was able to take themselves to a nearby hospital, and they’re expect to recover from their injuries…
