Mullets — the playful, mullet-themed roadhouse with nostalgic sports memorabilia and a lively bar and grill feel — plans two new locations in the Des Moines metro in the next year.
In Norwalk, the restaurant plans to open at 1951 E. 18th St., Suite 101, in mid-June. The restaurant will be part of the Norwalk Central development — a 70-plus acre project featuring sports facilities, retail, hotels, trails and entertainment — and will sit directly within the SportsPlex USA complex on the campus’s north end.
