DALLAS — Dallas city officials are working to change freeway signs to reflect a move made by city council in 2021.
That year, the Dallas City Council voted unanimously to rename a portion of Lamar Street to honor Botham Jean, a man shot to death in his own apartment by an off-duty Dallas police officer in September 2018.
