Police: Beloit man arrested after crashing into building, nearly hitting pedestrians

BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) – A man was arrested on Saturday after Beloit police say he crashed into a building while intoxicated, nearly hitting pedestrians.

Rafael Soto, 30, is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and five counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
