NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Fire Department will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for a new Marine Firefighter Burn Building.
Deputy Chief Christan Rainey said the new $3 million Shipboard Firefighting Facility will be the only training prop of its kind in the region, serving the North Charleston Fire Department, U.S. Coast Guard, Joint Base Charleston, and regional fire agencies.
