NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Multiple lanes are closed in North Charleston as police investigate a serious collision on Dorchester Road Westbound at Lowell Drive, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Both westbound lanes on Dorchester Road have been closed to traffic as first responders attend to the scene.
