The Grand Valley Police Department responded to more than 180 reports from Monday, Feb. 16 to Wednesday, Feb. 25. These reports range from fire alarms, shoplifting, larcenies and execution of warrants.
The GVPD Weekly Incident Log outlines all calls that GVPD officers respond to. The reports do not include incidents that are handled by law enforcement agencies, such as the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office or the Grand Rapids Police Department.
Updated daily, all reports are assigned an incident type by the call taker or officer who gets the initial information. If an incident fits multiple categories, it is put under the most serious one as the main incident type…
