Syracuse, N.Y. — Almost a year after a fire destroyed the most historic building at the former Maria Regina College campus in Syracuse, developers have a new plan that would expand the number of apartments to be created at the site.
Rochester-based Home Leasing has submitted new applications for its Maria Regina Gardens project on the city’s North Side and hopes to start construction in June.
