Task force seizes drugs, guns in arrest on Madison’s east side

MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Narcotics Task Force seized drugs, including methamphetamine and fentanyl, as well as guns during an arrest last week on Madison’s east side.

The task force took a man into custody on a federal arrest warrant for drug charges at around 9 a.m. on Feb. 26 in the 2500 block of South Stoughton Road. The man allegedly possessed a pistol and illegal drugs at the time of his arrest.

A search of a home in the 4600 block of Dennis Drive in the Town of Burke allegedly uncovered 1,600 grams of meth, 530 grams of fentanyl and 114 grams of cocaine…
