SAN ANTONIO — A family confrontation turned violent early Monday morning on the city’s west side, leaving two people seriously injured and a suspect facing a charge of failure to stop and render aid.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were dispatched around 12:12 a.m. March 2 to the 6700 block of Blue Oak Lane for a major accident.
