HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Honolulu Police Department just released security footage from an incident that took place in February.
On Feb 16, at approximately 5:48 p.m., police said four unknown suspects entered a retail store in Waipio, selected merchandise, and left the store without paying.
