NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A North Charleston man was arrested Friday night after officers found what they described as “significant quantities” of cocaine base, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and oxycodone during a search.
Police said Treance Taddeus Smalls, 28, was in the front passenger seat of a vehicle parked outside the Siesta Motor Lodge on Rivers Avenue when an officer saw him “abruptly snap his head forward and slump down,” appearing to hide from law enforcement.
