Wrong-way crash claims life of Ashland City woman

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A woman was killed in a head-on crash with a semi-truck late Sunday night into Monday morning.

Carrie McManama, 65, of Ashland City was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu the wrong way on Robinson Road when she collided with a semi head-on, according to the preliminary investigation. McManama died at the scene.

Authorities found no signs of impairment in the semi driver, but toxicology tests will determine if impairment was a factor for McManama…
