CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga man has been indicted in connection to a DUI crash that killed a 60 year old woman on Spring Creek Road last fall.
James Bernard was taken into custody back in February in the Atlanta area on outstanding warrants related to the September 25, 2025 crash in the 300 block of Spring Creek Road.
