SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCSC) — South Carolina once ranked among the deadliest states for women killed by men with numbers improving, but the killings haven’t stopped; they are now back on the rise.
Even if a victim of domestic violence does everything right, files police reports, goes to court, moves and adds security measures, in some cases it’s still not enough.
