Driver accused of killing Cleveland cyclist fails to show up in court, arrest warrant issued

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury trial for a man accused of going 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and killing a Cleveland woman who was riding her bicycle, was scheduled to begin Monday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas; however, Kamarion Jordan failed to show up.

An arrest warrant was issued for Jordan, who had been out on bond.

Jordan, 21, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption, and operating a vehicle under the influence.
