EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Three people are facing felony charges after forcibly taking a dog from a home on Negley Avenue on February 21st.
Police say officers were called to 816-B Negley Avenue after a resident reported that three people had entered the home and taken a black toy poodle.
