EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Indiana Court of Appeals officials say they have upheld the denial of post-conviction relief for a man convicted of murder.
As we’ve previously reported, Isaiah Hagan was found guilty in the murder of Halee Rathgeber after she was found dead in April 2017 at a soccer field in Warrick County.
He was sentenced to 60 years in prison back in August of 2018…
