Disgraced cop ‘stole 200 overtime hours’ while ‘at police chief girlfriend’s house’ as he ‘fleeced city of $14k’

A FLORIDA cop is facing charges after he allegedly logged over 200 hours of fake overtime, racking up over $14,000.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office officer, Christian Madsen, was found to be seeing his girlfriend, who was also his boss, during the improperly filed overtime hours.

Madsen was arrested on February 12 after it was found he allegedly logged overtime assignments that he did not work.

He allegedly put in requests for overtime payments between December 1, 2025 and February 7, 2026 for working state grant-funded traffic deployments under the Pedestrian Bicycle Safety Grant, according to an arrest reported obtained by The U.S. Sun…
