A 68-year-old Nassau County man has been charged in a bestiality case of a dog at his Bryceville home, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
James Franklin Piner Jr. was charged Feb. 26 with sexual activities involving animals and remained in jail March 2 in lieu of $15,000 bail, jail records show.
A witness notified detectives that he walked into Piner’s bedroom to check on him due to his recent knee replacement surgery and saw him holding his female pit bull, Bella, down with his left arm while she was on her back and he doing something sexual, according to the arrest report.
