Chief John Drake has announced the promotions of two new captains and two new lieutenants effective Sunday.
Lieutenant Joshua Lefler, a 12-year MNPD veteran presently assigned to Vehicle Crimes, will fill one of two overnight field supervisor captain positions. Lefler holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Devry University.
