The Urban Tap on the South Side has been on East Carson Street since 2013 and the owner says he’s never had an issue like this after a rat was captured on camera inside the restaurant.
The owner immediately contacted the Allegheny County Health Department who came on Monday morning.
Video taken last week inside the restaurant showed a large rat near the beer taps. That video was then posted to social media and now the owner is responding directly to the post by apologizing and letting people know what they’re doing to make things right…
