SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred near the intersection of Lavinia St. and Harden St. on March 1 and left one adult male with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to SPD, officers responded to multiple ShotSpotter alerts around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday. They arrived on scene and began to patrol the area. Officers were alerted and found the victim inside a vehicle in the area of W. Victory Dr. and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
The victim received immediate medical attention from officers and was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center by EMS…
