Barnes & Noble will close its longtime San Bruno store this spring, marking another major departure for the Shops at Tanforan.
The bookstore’s final day at the mall will be May 2, the company confirmed in a statement.
“It is with great sadness that we confirm the closure of our Barnes & Noble bookstore as our lease has ended,” the store said in a Facebook post Friday. “We have loved being a part of this neighborhood, and it has been our honor and privilege to be your bookseller for the last 20 years.”…
