TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has been arrested on multiple felony charges after fleeing from police out of a second-story window.
According to court documents, Chase Carter, 19, was arrested in north Toledo on Wednesday, Feb. 25, after police attempted to execute a search and arrest warrant for Carter related to a felonious assault case.
