LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Rawls College of Business Center for Real Estate at Texas Tech was renamed Monday in honor of alumni John and Rachel Brownlee.
The couple said they created the advisory board for the center, which helped hire more instructors, increase research and connect with alumni.
Nearly 300 students are enrolled in commercial real estate courses administered by the John & Rachel Brownlee Center for Real Estate. The center is open to any student, regardless of major…
