Question: I heard rumors that Green Bay Public Schools had property on the far east side past Huron Road for a potential new high school. Has this been strongly considered as a way to reduce overcrowding at Preble?
The Green Bay School District at one time thought about using its over 70 acres between Erie Road and Grandview Road for a new high school.
But nearly 20 years after that thought went nowhere, it’s not looking likely the possibility will come around again…
