iPad dispute allegedly sparked deadly Kapolei shooting, court documents say

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Court documents released Monday reveal how a dispute over an iPad allegedly escalated to a fatal Kapolei shooting.

Shaison Laupola, 36, was charged Sunday with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, two counts of second-degree assault, first-degree terroristic threatening, five counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a separate felony, improper place to keep a firearm, first-degree burglary, and abuse of a household member.
