NORRISTOWN, PA — A 76-year-old Hatboro man has been charged after authorities say he allegedly attempted to solicit a 15-year-old girl for sexual activity following an investigation by Hatboro Police and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, on February 26, 2026, two adults reported to Hatboro Police that a 15-year-old girl had an interaction with an adult male while walking her dog with her younger sister. Police stated the man, later identified as Dennis Reilly, allegedly offered the girls $100 each for photographs of their feet.
