Police arrest 37-year-old after armed carjacking of new Toyota Corolla in Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A 37-year-old man was arrested in southwest Baltimore after police said he stole a brand new car at gunpoint Monday night.

Baltimore police said officers were called at about 10:56 p.m. March 2, to the 1900 block of Wilkens Avenue for an armed carjacking.

According to police, the victim told officers he was sitting in his vehicle, a red 2026 Toyota Corolla, when the suspect got into the back seat and asked for a car charger…
