DPAC:

The Durham Performing Arts Center will throw viewers back to the 80s on Tuesday with a screening of “Dirty Dancing” in concert. The digitally-remastered film will be accompanied by a live band and singers, performing the iconic soundtrack that includes iconic tracks like “The Time of My Life” and “Be My Baby.” After the film’s conclusion, guests can keep the night going alongside the performers at the encore party.

On Wednesday the “Attack on Titan” concert will make its world tour stop in Durham. Similarly to the “Dirty Dancing” screening, the event will feature a live band with accompanying visuals from the anime.

In benefit of the Loud Lemon Foundation, five country songwriters will hit the stage on Friday to talk about their experience in the music industry, sing a few of their hits and tell stories of their time working with famous musicians such as Tim McGraw and Eric Church.
