GREENSBORO, N.C. — Folks gathered together in downtown Greensboro to protest the recent revaluations of Guilford County property. But how many people are putting their protest to paper?
Out of the 192,000 home revaluations sent out, 3,319 homeowners have appealed, which is about 1.7%.
