MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge ruled Monday that the case against the man accused of kidnapping the Choc family will go to a grand jury, as the search for the family enters its second month.
The ruling came during a court hearing for Hector Gamaliel Argueta-Guerra, 27, who has pleaded not guilty to three first-degree kidnapping charges.
The most significant piece of evidence presented was blood found inside the home, which was confirmed to belong to Nuirka, who was 17 years old at the time the family went missing.
